Healthy Habits for Pregnancy

This class, which was created for expecting mothers in their first and second trimesters, covers everything you need to have a healthy pregnancy. We will discuss topics such as nutrition, physical activity during pregnancy, changes that mother and baby will experience, recognizing preterm labor and minimizing your risk, and much more! You will also have access to valuable local resources, and we will talk about planning for life after baby (how to prepare for maternity leave, and seek out childcare). This private class is offered to individual couples for $25 and typically takes 2 hours to complete.
