We are dedicated to supporting expectant parents in varied stages of life by providing quality, evidence based education. All of our classes are provided in a private consultation setting. This setup allows parents to freely express questions or concerns, as well as practice physical skills without the awkwardness that is sometimes associated with group classes.
Healthy Habits for Pregnancy
This class is designed for expecting mothers in their first and second trimesters. We will cover the changes that the mother and baby experience throughout pregnancy, habits that encourage a healthy pregnancy and minimize complications, and Preterm Labor.
This series of classes provides naturally focused, evidence based information about what to expect during childbirth. Topics discussed include progression, common interventions, pain management, initiating breastfeeding, and much more. Support person attendence encouraged.
All the basics you need to effectively care for your baby
are included in this class. We will also cover stages of infant development
within the first 6 months.
